Kell Simon has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals in employment and civil rights cases. For the past fifteen years, he has represented individuals in employment disputes, both in and out of the courtroom.
Kell Simon is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has litigated against the nation’s largest companies and law firms. Throughout his career, Kell has focused on collaborating with his clients to discover creative solutions to their legal issues, whether through aggressive and thorough litigation, or the careful exploration of settlement options. Kell’s personal attention to each of his clients and his tenacity both inside and outside the courtroom have defined his practice from the beginning.
Kell graduated from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland in 1992 and received his law degree from the New York University School of Law in 1997. He practiced from 1997-2006 with the Birmingham, Alabama firm of Wiggins, Childs, Quinn & Pantazis, where he served as class counsel in several complex and long-running class and collective action cases while also representing individual plaintiffs in numerous employment discrimination cases.
When not practicing law, Kell enjoys making music, camping, making wheel-thrown pottery, and spending time with his family.
